When people first started using propaganda, the messages were blunt and each piece had one meaning that was addressed. These days, it is up to the individual person to comprehend what it means and how it affects them. In the twenty first century, propaganda can be really rude towards a specific person or a specific thing. Sometimes, they negatively represent a situation which gives people the wrong ideas. Sometimes people don't really know what exactly is happening with that situation. In all generations, the public is never fully informed of everything, so they make assumptions which could make the situation either positive or negative.
